Big Pink - DIPA (8%)

It's time for another big flavour bomb! Big Pink is a NE style DIPA featuring the all-time classic combination of Citra and Simcoe. We've brewed Citra/Simcoe pales and NEIPAs before but never a DIPA. We're really delighted with how this one has come out: full of deep orange and mango character from the Citra with a beautiful underlying sweatiness.
