Vinography Cabernet Franc

Vinography Cabernet Franc is grown on the cool shores of Walker Bay, where ocean breezes and mineral-rich soils give the variety room to show its lighter, more aromatic side. Expect bright red fruit - red cherry and raspberry - lifted by floral notes of violet and a savoury, leafy edge that is the signature of well-made Cabernet Franc. The palate is medium-bodied and fresh, with fine, supple tannins, a thread of graphite and a touch of spice on a long, elegant finish. A versatile red that drinks beautifully now yet has the structure to reward time in the cellar.
