Fideos Kit

Gather your people and cook up some fideos! Fideua is an easy, crowd-pleasing, one-pan summer seafood dish made from the short, thin noodles known as fideos - think paella but faster and less fussy. Unless you've visited Valencia, you've maybe never had this before, so we thought it would be fun to share! This kit includes: 2lb Manila clams, 3/4lb frozen wild Gulf prawns, 1 orange cardamon sausage from Seattle's Coro Foods, 2 jars of saffron halibut broth from Yodelin Broth Company, and of course, the noodles! Should feed 6 to 8. We'll also include a recipe card which will include a shopping list and all the tips and tricks to make the most of your meal. Delivery for this kit is limited!
