2025 Riesling

Sourced from Garagan Vineyard on the Naramata Bench. Aged 7 months on lees with élevage in stainless steel, seasoned puncheons, and French oak barriques. Bright and aromatic with lifted notes of lemon and lime layered alongside stone fruit, including peach and nectarine, with hints of pineapple and subtle floral tones. Lively and precise on the palate, this Riesling is driven by vibrant acidity that brings clarity and energy. A touch of residual sugar adds balance and enhances the fruit, creating a juicy, expressive profile without losing focus. Lees aging and neutral oak contribute subtle texture and depth, carrying the wine through a clean, persistent, and evolving finish. With time in the glass and in bottle, the wine begins to broaden and show a more muscular structure, revealing additional depth and complexity while maintaining its precision and lift. A vivid reflection of the 2025 growing season—defined by freshness, precision, and clarity—capturing a strong sense of place, time, and personality.
