Eastwood Tube Bender Electro-Hydraulic Conversion Kit (72077)The Electro-Hydraulic Conversion Kit turns the manual Eastwood High Capacity Tube Bender into a powered hydraulic bender that runs off a wall outlet. A ¾-hp electric pump generates 1,450 psi of hydraulic force at the ram, so bending heavy tube and pipe — steel, stainless, chromoly, aluminum — takes a fraction of the effort the handle does, with no compressed air needed. Because the electric pump cycles faster than shop air, it drives the ram up to three times quicker than the air-hydraulic kit, so repeat bends come off the tool faster.The pump runs on standard 120V AC household power, and you control the ram with the included foot pedal for smooth, consistent bends while both hands stay on the tube. The kit installs on your existing bender without complex modifications and includes a hydraulic-unit mounting tray that fits the optional rolling stand (72075). It may also work with similar manual tube benders from Woodward-Fab, Pro-Tools, JD2 and others.This is the kit to choose when you do not have enough shop air to run a hydraulic ram, or when you want the fastest cycle — it needs only a power outlet.
