Bink 2024 Sergeant J Grenache

Notes from Koen AKA Bink wines. 20% whole bunch, 80% destemmend fruit on top, fermented dry on skins. 2023 was a late vintage. We were 3 weeks behind compared to normal growing cycles. Result is that I had to pick my fruit a touch later. More serious and complex Grenache. Full of Joy and fun with a massive undertone of serious spice and fruit. A wine where the natural world meets the modern winemaking one.
