Clinically tested Made in the United Kingdom INSTRUCTIONS: Use by following these simple instructions: Wet the teeth with your tongue. Apply one strip (on either side) to the lower teeth, avoiding the gum line. Fold the excess tape behind the teeth. The tape will stick to the teeth. Repeat for the top teeth. Allow the 2 strips to dissolve. The strips should be completely dissolved after approximately 20 minutes. Immediately after the 20 minutes are up, repeat again with 2 more strips (one for the lower teeth and one for the upper teeth). DO NOT brush your teeth for 30 minutes before and after application, avoiding fluoride toothpastes during this time period.
