“Freedom" — Original Fine Art Painting

"Freedom" I'd been building her background - layer after layer, bold and textured and alive. And then I stepped back and thought... she's drowning in it. The very thing I was creating around her was swallowing her whole. Honestly? I wasn't vibing with her. Not even a little. So instead of painting over her (which, yes, I considered), I picked up my palette knife and did something I've never done before. I built her a border. Raw, physical, sculptural - a chaos she could push herself out of. And suddenly, she was free. That's what Freedom is. She's not someone who escaped the hard stuff - she's someone who took everything she walked through, wore it as armour, and stepped forward anyway. The chaos behind her isn't erased. It's her signature. Proof of what she's made of. The glowing freesias - delicate and wild and perfect for her, because freesias mean freedom. She has a vibe I can't quite shake. I have a feeling she knows exactly where she's going. A 40”x40” (101cmx101cm) statement piece that would make an impact in any home or office.
