Our bacon is made from our free-range pork, following our very own recipe and procedure to create pure bacon, completely free of nitrites and nitrates, and then left to gently smoke overnight over beechwood. This natural smoke imparts subtle sweetness and savoury depth, with a rich aroma and balanced taste that highlight the meat's natural quality. No artificial smoke flavouring. Just expertly cured pork and the clean, fragrant character of beechwood smoke. Free from nitrites, nitrates, allergens, and artificial additives and preservatives.
