Hot Honey Crisp
Sweet heat, moreish chew, umami drip. Raw local honey with roasted sesame, shallots, and golden garlic, sharpened by a splash of Chinese black vinegar. A personal fave of ours, this sticky, spicy, flavour bomb punches way above its weight. Spoon across burrata and cheese platters, cover fried chicken or calamari, toss over noodles or rice bowls, glaze steak or roast veg, dress dumplings and cold rolls, dollop on pizza or toasties. Mix with kewpie or other mayo for a bomb dip or sandwich spread, top stirfries or congee, or just eat straight off the spoon. You wouldn’t be the first or the last.
