ETA END OF JULY The Cutie Pie Bloomers turned me from a Bloomer-hater to a Bloomer-believer. A Bloomliever, if you will. They are the perfect little shorts to wear either under dresses or as a two piece set with our Cutie Pie tops. There is elastic in the waist and leg openings for maximum stretch and a more customized fit. This style is SUPER stretchy, so we have 5 sizes- XS/S, S/M, L/XL, 2X/3X and 4X/5X. Please note that measurements in the size chart are the relaxed measurements BEFORE stretch, you can add at least 3" of stretch to the leg opening and 6" to the waist! 100% Rayon Johanna is wearing size L/XL
