Dark Chocolate Flake, Majani Majani was established in Bologna, Italy in 1796 and is one of the countries oldest chocolate companies. Unusually, Majani undertake the entire manufacturing process, from the original raw cocoa beans, which are sourced from 20 different locations, to packaging the finished products. The Majani Scorza (or flake) was created in 1832 and was the first chocolate in solid form to be sold in Italy. This dark chocolate flake is crumbly and flavoursome. Each box contains two wrapped portions of chocolate flakes. Total weight: 76g. Ingredients: Chocolate (Cocoa Paste, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Vanilla).
