The trunk is finished in a soft, weathered green-and-ochre wash, the vertical carving suggesting the long grain of a tree that has stood through many seasons. The warm green-glazed interior catches the light from the irregular, naturally broken rim. A piece that celebrates one of summer’s busiest, most essential small workers. Handmade ceramic pottery.
