Skinny Shiraz 2025

Skinny - for the Grape skins used in the process of making this cider Shiraz - for the Grape variety used! This time the cider is made from a blend of apples from an orchard in Cape Shanck. We look for the colour, and additional flavours, when we make this cider, really chasing that red. Each year we get closer!
