Louis Fourrier’s Côtes du Jura Rouge is a first-vintage red that already feels quietly assured. A blend of Poulsard, Trousseau and Pinot Noir, it brings fresh red fruit, black cherry, lifted rose perfume and a little earth, all wrapped in polished tannins and clean acidity. Light on its feet, but not slight, this is Jura red with real depth beneath the freshness and the Fourrier touch running right through it.
