Quarter Pipe

This micro quarter pipe is made of plywood and pine, with an acrylic coating for outdoor use. It measures 150 cm long, 120 cm wide, and 46 cm high, suitable for skateboarding, rollerblading, scootering, and biking.

• The quarter is treated with an exterior impregnate but should be covered with plastic or kept indoors for better durability.
• The coping is secured with bolts instead of screws to prevent loosening.
• The steel plate is flush with the quarter’s surface, thanks to a recessed design.
• Fabrication uses CNC machines for precise curvature.
• Maintenance involves cleaning and reapplying Osmo every 1.5 years.
