Step out of the weather and into our stone stables for a tasting that’s all about wood and whisky. To mark the new season, we’ve opened five fresh casks from our collection. This is your chance to taste whisky as we do – sampled at cask strength, unfiltered and with nothing added, just as it comes from the cask. We’ll walk through the bottling hall, share the story of our 25-year search for quality, and look at the hands-on work involved in every bottle that leaves our gate. This is an invitation to see the work in progress and understand the patience required to build a spirits legacy from the ground up. If you find a dram you enjoy the most, you can purchase your own bottle after the tasting – hand-filled, labelled with your message, and sealed while you watch. Important: Our warehouse is a working, unheated stone building. Please dress warmly for the weather so you can enjoy the drams comfortably.
