Cascade Valley is the second in our new Hop Valley series, showcasing the hops we personally selected during our visit to the Yakima Valley hop harvest in the USA. Expect vibrant grapefruit and citrus zest up front, followed by floral notes and a hint of spice. A light malt backbone provides gentle sweetness, while a smooth, balanced bitterness leads to a crisp, clean finish with lingering citrus.
