Notes of honeyed pear, baked apple, toasted almond, and a hint of orange peel. The texture is silky, the sweetness balanced by a gently warming backbone from the Cognac. It’s elegant but unfussy—perfect served chilled before a meal, or alongside fruit desserts, blue cheese, or roasted nuts. This blend of Cognac and grape juice (from Cognac) is aged for 18 months, with 12 of those spent in oak casks.
