Antique Victorian Era Beadwork Needlepoint Footstool, Blackamoor Figures with Chariot

Fabulous antique Napoleon III or Victorian era beadwork needlepoint 11" diameter footstool, ebonized wood with brass strip accenting and turquoise base beadwork featuring Empire Revival style chariot & blackamoor figures, salamanders & in wonderful condition! One of three similar footstools that we're listing today, the other two a pair and with parquetry inlaid walnut bases and floral needlepoints. This one quite unique with the figures, glass beads creating the scene you see and wonderfully preserved. Very good condition. Possibly a missing bead or two, look closely at the enlarged photos. Some scratches or scuffs to the ebonized wood base and the brass strip or stringing is bent in an area or two. Original pumpkin shaped ceramic feet intact. See images for all measurements.
