The chances are, we are not local to you but we strongly believe that we offer a faster and more efficient warranty turnaround than your local mobility store! In the unlikely event that your scooter or powerchair develops a fault, you simply contact us and we will arrange for our trusted specialist collection firm to come to your door usually the very next day! We receive it back to our HQ in Colchester within a couple of working days where our engineer looks at it straight away.
