Nidar Bamsemums are a combination of soft, spongy marshmallow teddy bears covered in a rich chocolate coating. The marshmallow mixture is poured into bear molds and left to set for two days, before being immersed in chocolate and dried to perfection. The end result is a package of scrumptious bear-shaped treats.
