The Forestale Rosso Veneto IGT from Agricola da Schio originates in the Berici Hills, in the Arcugnano area (VI), as part of an agricultural project focused on biodiversity, sustainability, and respect for the natural balance of the rural landscape. In this environment of woods, meadows, and vineyards well exposed to the sun, the vines are grown following careful agronomic practices that respect soil vitality, with targeted cultivation aimed at preserving authenticity and territorial identity. Made from Merlot Kanthus and Cabernet Franc, harvested between August and September at different times to achieve the best balance between maturity and acidity, this Rosso Veneto IGT represents the more convivial and gastronomic side of the winery's production. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, a choice that enhances the natural character of the grapes and the territory. Ageing continues in oak barrels for 6 months and then in the bottle. In the glass, it presents a bright ruby red colour. Fresh and fragrant sensations emerge on the nose, while on the palate, it impresses with its pleasant acidity, dynamic sip, and great gastronomic versatility.
