Diffuse it through a stuffy room, or dilute in a carrier oil and rub across the chest and back before bed. We'd suggest keeping the diffuser to your own space rather than a classroom or shared clinic room. How to use this product: Vaporisation: Add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser. Massage: Add 6 drops (0.2mL) to a tablespoon of carrier oil and massage into the chest & back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
