Product Description The Vision Datum Mars4096G-L28gm-V2 is a high-performance 4K GigE line scan camera designed for textile defect inspection and high-speed surface inspection applications. Based on a Gpixel line scan sensor, it delivers 4096-pixel resolution, 7μm pixel size, and up to 28kHz line rate, enabling accurate detection of fine fabric defects during continuous production. With high dynamic range and low-noise imaging, the camera captures subtle variations in fabric texture, color, and surface structure. Advanced image processing functions including 2TDI, FPN correction, Gamma, LUT, multi-ROI, and auto black level adjustment improve image consistency and inspection reliability in demanding textile environments. Featuring GigE Vision and GenICam compliance, the Mars4096G-L28gm-V2 supports stable long-distance transmission and seamless integration with automated textile inspection systems. It is ideal for detecting fabric defects, weaving errors, stains, holes, yarn breaks, and surface irregularities in high-speed textile production lines.
