With a sound steeped in late '70s, early '80s high-gain, the Las Lunas is the latest offering from Vemuram to knock your socks off. With a two-sided distortion, get that warm, articulate sound with Side A or go full hair-sizzling mode with the edginess of side B. This pedal hosts a 3-band passive EQ for fine-tuning your amp's response. The bass knob brings back some of that lost body that distortion pedals tend to lack, the tone knob, or mid control, lets you dial in your mix cutting specific frequencies, and the treble either tames or excites that high end capping off your sound. Both sides have a trim control on the top of the pedal for the final touches regarding the level of saturation each side provides, going from a rugged edge-of-breakup to full-blown distortion at the top.
