The Whiteside Simpli-Switch Tongue and Groove System gives you twelve tongue-and-groove combinations from one compact router bit set. With interchangeable carbide-tipped cutters and bearings, you can quickly change tongue thickness and depth without dealing with stacks of shims or complicated setups. Simpli-Switch offers 12 tongue and groove combinations Four interchangeable cutters produce tongue thicknesses of 7/32", 1/4", 5/16", and 3/8". Three ball bearings control tongue depth at 1/4", 3/8", or 1/2", giving you twelve possible combinations from a single system. Fast Simpli-Switch Setup Changing sizes is simple—swap one cutter and one spacer to move between configurations. There are no shims to stack or calculate, making setup faster and more repeatable. Precision machining provides consistent cutter height alignment between setups. Seat the collet face against the hex for quick repeatability, or use the alignment mark when additional reach is required. An integral 1/2 inch hex machined into the top of the shank flats makes loosening and tightening the top nut simple and safe.
