Original Marine Corps Purse

Vintage original WWII women's Marine Corps uniform purse. Very hard to find item! It is in AS-IS condition with a lot of wear. The leather on the side has worn through along the bottom where it is sewn and around one of the metal swivel posts for the strap. The leather strap is in poor condition with a lot of cracking and the material is flaking off; I don't think it could hold much weight. At one area, the leather is cracked through and the brown felt underneath is what is holding it together. Please examine all photos. Inside, there is a company logo with a deer (it is a little worn, so I can't make it out). On the bottom inside lining there is a stamp from Paramount Pictures Ladies Wardrobe. Films made during the war and immediately after often used original military uniforms and accessories.
