Marrows

Three varieties, all grown organically here at Llannant Farm with no sprays. Safari, striped dark green with pale ribs, a real looker on the plate. Atena, a golden yellow courgette with a mild, buttery flavour. Green Bush, the classic dark green, firm and full of flavour. Sliced, griddled, grated into cakes or thrown into a ratatouille, they're one of the easiest vegetables to cook and taste best the day they're picked. Grown in Welsh soil on our third generation family farm in Gorseinon.
