SMW Fixture Pallet compatible with 96mm zero point systems! Made with our standard 1/2" precision-bored and threaded fixturing pattern on 1.25" centers. Available in two sizes: 8" x 6" (8.50" x 5.95" x 1.2" [215.9mm x 151.1mm x 30.5mm] actual dimensions) QTY4 pullstud locations (2x2 grid on 96mm centers) Accommodates approximately 3.5" [89mm] of vise jaw opening with a Gen3 Modular Vise* 14" x 6" (13.63" x 5.95" x 1.2" [346.1mm x 151.1mm x 30.5mm] actual dimensions) QTY8 pullstud locations (2x4 grid on 96mm centers) Accommodates approximately 8.5" [216mm] of vise jaw opening with a Gen3 Modular Vise* Underside bores for pullstuds (AKA retention knob, clamping stud, etc) will fit most common 96mm zero point pullstuds with a 16mm locating diameter and an M10 thread. See drawing below for specific dimensions. Available in 6061 aluminum. Pullstuds not included. *Values are conservative and assume little to no vise overhang.
