Guava Java - Decaf

Guava Java - Decaf is the decaffeinated side of our new Pink Bourbon pair. In addition to Wilton Benitez's signature thermal shock processing, this coffee is decaffeinated using ethyl acetate, i.e. sugar cane, our preferred method for decaf coffees. Much like it's caffeinated brother, this coffee tastes like guava juice, with a more floral and tea-like compliment. This lightly roasted coffee is high in clarity, as there is little in way of roasty flavours or traditional decaf taste. This coffee works equally well on filter and espresso, however we do receommend that you grind a touch coarser than usual, to account for the added porosity from the decaf process.
