West Coast Story - WCIPA

6.7% ABV 440ml West Coast Story is our entry into this year's WCIPA Challenge at the Malthouse, where the theme takes inspiration from Broadway musicals. Citra and Waimea are our main characters. Two hops who, although their origins are a world apart, can’t help to come together in perfect harmony, bringing vibrant flavours of citrus, pine and tropical fruit. Mosaic and Chinook play the supporting role to help bring it all home, alongside a base of Gladfield pilsner malt to ensure that our hops take centre stage. The final act? A crisp, clean finish worthy of a standing ovation
