Interior/Exterior Door Set CSED160-P2-175 This shaper cutter set is for making the stile and rail of interior or exterior doors. The included profile is "slant" or profile #2 (P2), and the finish stock thickness at 1-3/4". This tool set is for Mortise and Tenon Joinery (or Stub Tenon). The set can be adapted easily to other three (3) profiles and two (2) other thicknesses at 2" and 2-1/4" with new additional profile knives and re-position of included spacers. Our Stile and Rail set has greatly simplified the milling of classically styled kitchen cabinet doors. The cutter set is engineered for fast and easy stile to rail milling and delivers smooth and finish-quality cuts. Bore size: 40mm, available sleeve (bush) down to 1-1/4" or 30mm bore.
