Two people: Book one appointment together. One deposit secures your shared appointment. Three or more people: Please book consecutive appointment times so we have enough time for everyone. BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. If you have a pacemaker, other implanted medical device, or are unsure whether permanent jewelry is suitable for you, please contact us before booking. CANCELLATION POLICY Your deposit is a non-refundable booking fee and reserves your appointment time. Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows and appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the booking fee.
