Crain 265 Stand-Up Cutter

The Crain 265 Stand-Up Cutter slices glued-down carpet into narrow strips for faster floor removal and can also be used for rough cutting carpet directly from the roll. A hardened steel point punctures and lifts the carpet from the subfloor, guiding the material into the cutting blade as the tool is pushed forward. The heavy-duty fiberglass handle telescopes from 50" to 85" for a comfortable cutting angle and double-locks for safety. The Crain 265 accepts standard utility blades, including Crain No. 295 blades and No. 996 hook blades. Replacement No. 266 cutter points are also available. Net weight: 3 lbs.
