Time to Shine - Pale Ale - Single

Time To Shine is a brand new, extremely crushable Hazy Pale Ale. We brewed this doozy with some of our absolute favourites, Nelson Sauvin, Citra & Manilita, and hit it with an extra special fermentation thanks to BSI’s A-72 yeast. It's light yellow in colour with a soft haze and the fluffiest of white foams sits atop for eternity. Nelson dominates on the nose with that famous gooseberry, savvy b hit. Citra provides a cameo, with the fleshy orange and that peachy expressiveness from the yeast is shining through. Take a sip and you'll be met with an incredibly soft and dreamy body that carries through vibrant notes of passionfruit, lychee and peach. This one’s full bodied and juicy, with a clean, dry finish that’s oh-so refreshing. Perfect for crushing all day long in the winter sun.
