The Penthouse is a spacious 3-bedroom apartment located on the beach of the Blue Bay Beach & Golf Resort. Access to the swimming pool, the beach and the use of sunbeds is included. The Penthouse is fully furnished for 6 guests, and you will enjoy beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea! The Blue Bay Beach & Golf Resort is safe, well-maintained, and offers many amenities such as the beach, a golf course, a diving school, and various restaurants. The space The Penthouse is a very spacious apartment on the 4th floor with stunning views of Blue Bay beach and the Caribbean Sea! It features 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms, an open kitchen, a living room, a large balcony, and a second balcony above. There are air conditioners in the bedrooms and in the living room/kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a combination oven/microwave, a refrigerator with ice maker and cold water, an electric cooktop, a coffee filter machine and a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, and a blender. The large balcony has a ceiling fan, a dining table, seating areas, and a lounge area. The beach is just a maximum of 3 minutes walking distance. On the beach, there are 3 restaurants (Coast, Brass Boer, and Tribu), a beach bar, and a diving school. You can park in front of the door, and there is an elevator in the building. Guest access The entire Penthouse is at your disposal during your stay. The swimming pool is for communal use but only for guests of the Blue Emerald Ocean Suites. Other things to note - Access to the beach and the use of sunbeds on the beach are included. - The sunbeds and palapas on the pier can be rented from Restaurant Brass Boer on the pier. - Bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen linens are provided, and the beds are made upon arrival. - There is weekly cleaning for stays of 7 nights or longer, including changing of bed linens, towels, and beach towels. - Basic items such as toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee, salt, and pepper are available upon arrival. If you run out, please replenish them yourself. - BBQs are not allowed on the balcony. - If you need a baby bed or a high chair, please let us know, and we will ensure everything is ready upon arrival. The fee is €30 per stay, including bedding and a good mattress for the crib. - All sockets in the Ocean Suite are 220V and European (type F). We will provide a few adapters. Do bring your USB ports and cables. - The use of 1 m³ of water and 40 kWh of electricity per day is included and is quite generous. Additional usage will be charged at local rates: €8 per m³ for water and €0.40 per kWh for electricity. Most of the usage comes from the air conditioners, which consume a lot of power. If you keep an eye on that (especially not leaving them all on 24/7), you should stay within the free allowance!
