SCRATCH 'N DENT SALE! This item has damaged packaging and is in NEW condition. The packaging may have been opened and taped back up. We have checked that everything that makes up this item is in the package. It's a cinch to cut straight lines when you use the 13 in (33 cm) Portable Trimmer. Continuous measuring marks, rulers in inches and centimeters, and 1/4 in (0.3 cm) grid marks - along with a 16 in (40 cm) swing-out arm - help you measure for accurate results. Keep replacement blades in the convenient storage compartments on the underside of the trimmer. This item was returned and is like new condition. It is an UNUSED product. The box (inner or outer shipping) is not in perfect condition but shows some shipping damage. Packaging has been opened and the outside box will have cuts, mark, labels, and scratches.
