Cobblestone Way

Cobblestone Way is our homage to Alsace in 2024. Each year, we craft a simple yet delightful table wine in the stile of Alsatian Edelzwicker traditions. Using only grapes deemed farmed in Alsace we blend a light-bodied, high-acid, low-alcohol wine that energizes the soul and pairs so fondly with all sorts of food. Cobblestone Way brings us back to those dreamy afternoons in Colmar spent wandering through ancient corridors, being reminded of the long-lasting legacy of white wine in the world. It is a blend of 60% Pinot Blanc, 20% Pinot Gris, and 20% dry Riesling. 150 cases produced.
