Grape Varieties: 100% Merlot Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Ageing: 12 months resting in French and American oak halfbarrels. Tasting Notes: Inky dark red in colour. Aromas of ripe red fruit, raspberries, plums and hints of chocolate. Nice mouth volume with lingering tannins and sharp acidity, ending on a long and pleasantly persistent note. Keeping Time: This wine will reach it’s full expression within the next 8 years.
