Oddbird C 2022 - Alcohol Free Sparkling Wine

Oddbird C is the most ambitious sparkling wine Oddbird has created to date. Five years in development, this limited 2022 vintage cuvée is made in France's Grand Est region from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier, the classic trio of grapes associated with some of the world's finest sparkling wines. The wine is made traditionally and matured for more than 24 months before the alcohol is gently removed. This extended ageing develops considerably more structure and complexity than you would normally expect from an alcohol free sparkling wine. Bright citrus and fresh red berries lead into stone fruit and delicate floral notes. The palate has a smooth, creamy and silky texture, with hints of toasted bread adding further depth before a refined, gently sweet finish. At under 0.5% ABV, Oddbird C is designed for those occasions when a standard alcohol free sparkling wine simply will not do.
