Hojicha, meaning “roasted tea” in Japanese, is a traditional tea made from late-harvest, roasted green tea leaves. Our organic Hojicha, from Kagoshima and Shizuoka, Japan, is the finely ground powder of upcycled roasted sencha leaves, offering notes of toasted nuts, caramel and malt.
