With a natural bloomy white rind and a thick, velvety centre, it's beautifully buttery, rich and luxurious, with delicate sweet and savoury notes and a gentle mushroomy character around the rind. Made with added Cornish cream, it's an exceptionally creamy Brie that's soft, smooth and seriously moreish.
