Clos de Fous Mr. Chile

Mr. Chile is made by Clos des Fous, one of Chile's most exciting and authentic natural wine producers helmed by four friends, one of whom is Pedro Parra, the world-renowned terroir specialist who consults with top-notch wineries around the globe. His signature style features tension, minerality, and minimal intervention, all of which are very apparent in this fabulous bottling from the Itata Valley, which is comprised of 75% Pais (AKA Mission), 17% Cinsault and 8% Carignan. Great with a chill, this is lacy and crystalline with vibrant notes of spiced plum, red cherry, blackberry and cola.
