Introducing iOptron’s newest pocket-sized camera tracking device that is small and light enough to fit into your pocket and yet able to carry 3 kgs (6.6 lbs) of imaging gears. It can run 10 hours∗ at 20°C on a full charge of the internal Li-Poly battery, or on an external power bank for longer operations. It is the optimal tracking solution for an on-the-go imager! Weighing only 390 g (0.86 lbs) this versatile tool features 4 tracking rates: 1X for stars and deep space objects (sidereal), ☾ for Moon (lunar), ☼ for Sun (solar), and 1⁄2X for Milky Way with terrestrial foreground; and 2 convenient position adjustment buttons. The beautiful CNC aluminum body is rugged for outdoor adventure, and the powerful drivetrain is whisper quiet. The unit comes with a “peek hole” for basic visual alignment. For advanced astrophotography applications, an optional side bracket (#3340-PST), shown in the right photo above, can accept iOptron’s optical AccuAlignTM or electronic iPolarTM polar scope.
