Join me, Francesca, for 3 days of healing sessions, mindfulness, therapeutic yoga, Somatic movement, meditation, healthy eating, a conscious cooking class and nature that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and transformed. All the delicious foods you'll enjoy on the day will be prepared from scratch in house with love. Vegetarian, Vegan or Ominvor (Regular) meals are guaranteed to please all your taste buds and to defy any reservations you may have about healthy foods tasting great. The basis of the menu will be planned around Sarah's dairy & gluten free needs. I have run hundreds of offerings over the years. What should you pack: rubber boots walking shoes that can get dirty warm clothing to accommodate the weather personal toiletries & medication a journal open heart & lots of smiles (mandatory) we encourage an alcohol free space We provide all linens, towels, pillows, mattresses, fully stocked kitchen, slippers, practice mat, high speed internet, outdoor fire pit, enclosed outdoor space, private land for exploration, indoor parking (1 vehicle), EV charger & laundry facilities. The house is heated with natural wood only. Eco-friendly products are used to clean the home. $3000 total package
