Tucupi Serving Board - Preciosa

The Tucupi Board stands on four brass feet, the only metal in an otherwise all-wood piece. Its body is a thick, solid block of dense Amazonian hardwood, faceted along every edge. Cut by hand, each Tucupi carries its own weight, and no two are ever quite alike. In the kitchen, it takes the final cut of a cheese, a handful of nuts, the last details before serving. At the bar, it holds lemons and the finishing touches a drink calls for. In the bedroom, it keeps the everyday things within reach. On its own, the faceted volume on brass feet holds its own.
