It has been quite some time since tea graced our collections, and this season feels like the perfect occasion to welcome it back. Alongside a curated selection of artisanal handmade teapots, we’ve prepared a small offering of carefully chosen teas—equally delightful brewed hot or transformed into refreshing cold brews for languid summer afternoons. This bundle set comes with 8 different tea in 6 grams pack. Note: Does not include the teapot shown. 2021 Ancient Woods & Agarwood (古木沉香) Harvested and crafted in the spring of 2021, this tea is sourced from centenarian ancient Shui Xian trees located in the heart of Wutandong. Having undergone multiple traditional charcoal roastings followed by several years of meticulous aging, its deep woody character and mature, aged aroma have surfaced beautifully—hence the name "Ancient Timber & Agarwood Charm." The dry leaves exude a warm, woody fragrance intertwined with the comforting sweetness of toasted caramel. Though the reddish-amber liquor appears dense and full, it glides onto the palate with a remarkably warm, gentle, and smooth texture; the flavor is deeply mellow and entirely free of astringency. It carries the formidable, deep-rooted power inherent to old trees (老枞), presenting a stark, well-defined structural framework. Following each sip, a crisp, cooling sensation rises along the cheeks and throat, giving way to a persistent, enduring sweetness. Having been meticulously charcoal-roasted four separate times across its life, the passage of time has allowed its texture to transform, becoming increasingly rich, soft, and sweet, while maintaining a grounded, transparent, and flawless purity. Evoking the feeling of a gentle, warm sun filtering through an old forest—thick, mature, and deeply comforting—it wraps the senses in an aura of profound peace and serene stability. 2025 Sweetheart Honey (心头蜜) Blessed with the spiritual energy of Wudong Mountain and crafted through the mastery of great artisans, the leaves of this selection are tightly twisted, heavy, and solid, gleaming with a beautiful golden luster. Its elegant, rich orchid fragrance evokes a secluded moon shining over an empty valley—a pristine floral scent that radiates outward, growing purer and clearer as it travels. The liquor is brilliantly bright, crystal clear, and translucent. Upon entering the mouth, it floods the palate with a profound honeyed character (蜜韵) that is simultaneously rich, crisp, silky, and sweet. It triggers a powerful wave of mouth-watering salivation that flows like a sweet mountain spring, leaving an echo that reverberates hundreds of times over. Just as the legendary singer Han E left a melody that lingered in the rafters for three days, this tea leaves an orchid fragrance on the palate and a honeyed charm that feels as though it could stretch for miles, delivering a sweetness that strikes straight to the heart—hence the name "Sweetheart Honey." Sweetheart Honey is a classic masterpiece of Yi Zhi. It is crafted from meticulously selected old-tree Lao Cong Mi Lan in Da'an, harvested strictly during peak afternoon hours, and shaped through flawless craftsmanship and refined, precision roasting. It is equally rewarding for immediate enjoyment or long-term cellaring. The tea boasts an intensely rich floral-honey aroma accented by deep fruity notes, presenting a liquid that is wonderfully clean, translucent, crisp, and exceptionally silky. We highly recommend brewing this via the traditional Gongfu style, allowing you to appreciate the intricate nuances, flavors, and evolutions of every single infusion. Cold brewing is also highly recommended. 2025 Second-Generation Jasmine (二代茉莉) Jasmine is a legendary variety that earned its place among the Ten Great Aroma Profiles of Fenghuang Dancong all because of a single, singular tree. It has produced very few cultivated descendants, boasts a soaring, intensely concentrated fragrance, and delivers a remarkably full-bodied palate; as a result, authentic Jasmine Dancong is exceedingly rare on the market. This second-generation selection was propagated via cuttings taken directly from the ancient mother tree; the resulting trees are well-aged, yielding a significantly higher level of flavour density where the soaring aroma and the rich texture of the liquor carry equal, magnificent weight. The aromatic profile of Jasmine is a complex, shifting bouquet where distinct notes of fresh blossoms, crisp fruits, and warm honey interweave and dissolve perfectly into the tea. The liquor is wonderfully sweet and smooth, with the fragrance deeply saturated into the liquid (香落水). Sipping it feels like catching a glimpse of the deep mountain forests through the tea itself, as a gentle breeze carries the scent of small white blossoms—evoking jasmine, gardenia, and an entire hillside in full bloom. The raw essence of the wild mountains has been captured within this single cup. The tea liquor is sweet, fragrant, and incredibly robust, with fruits and flowers dancing around a core of rich honey sweetness. It behaves like pure mountain spring water that has been naturally infused with wild jasmine deep in a rocky ravine, leaving a delicate, refreshing return-sweetness that thoroughly gladdens the heart. 2026 Second-Generation Golden Magnolia (二代金玉兰) The leaves of the Golden Magnolia are a striking golden-yellow, and the dry tea leaves present a waxy, glossy, and oil-bright appearance. When brewed with boiling water, a close inspection of the wet leaves reveals a fragrance that bears a remarkable resemblance to the delicate white magnolias of Jiangnan—hence the name "Golden Magnolia." The Golden Magnolia is an exceptionally rare and precious variety; "Second-Generation" denotes that it was successfully propagated via direct cuttings taken from the ancient mother tree, yielding well-aged tree trunks and a very limited, exclusive harvest. The overall character of Golden Magnolia is intensely sweet and aromatic; even a casual sniff of the dry leaves reveals a distinct, sugary fragrance that is both rich and remarkably long-lasting. Once in contact with hot water, a soaring magnolia fragrance immediately rushes to the nose—high-toned, vibrantly radiant, and brilliantly sharp, marking it as a crowning masterpiece among floral-aroma teas. The liquid is incredibly silky, sweet, and robust, offering a profoundly deep character (气韵) and rich internal substance, alongside a highly stable and consistent flavour-in-liquor performance. This selection is highly recommended for those who appreciate a tea where a soaring floral fragrance and a heavy, satisfying liquor texture carry equal, magnificent weight. 2025 Second-Generation Osmanthus (二代桂花) When brewed with boiling water, the aroma of this Second-Generation Osmanthus ripples gently through the air, making you feel as though you are holding spring and autumn in your hands at the exact same time. The clean, powdery freshness of sweet pea vines weaves beautifully with the milky, glutinous, and sweet fragrance of autumn osmanthus, accented by a bright, candy-like sweetness. It drinks like a specially crafted fruit elixir; every single sip feels as if you are swallowing an entire vista of clear, radiant sunshine. Upon entering the mouth, the tea liquor delivers a texture that is remarkably fine, thick, and smooth, like a length of flowing silk tenderly wrapping around the tongue. Its fragrance never floats superficially on the surface; instead, it dissolves into countless tiny ripples that gently rise and fall within the liquid. The floral notes submerge deeply into the tea, circulating with an effortless weightlessness from the tip of the nose to the edge of the tongue, until even your very breath is transformed into a soft, sweet dream. As the bottom of the cup gradually cools, that complex floral melody remains like an invisible veil of sheer gauze, haunting the base of the porcelain and lingering beautifully between your teeth and cheeks. 2025 Bai Fu Mei (白富美) Bai Fu Mei is a tea that fully lives up to its name, embodying the very essence of refinement, translucent lustre, and graceful beauty. Its character is as crisp and pure as a newly opened bud, yet as warm and soothing as honeyed light. The dry tea leaves present a waxy, golden-yellow hue, looking beautifully glossy and elegant. Its fragrance is exceptionally refined; rather than an aggressive, heady rose, it evokes a pale pink-and-white flower bud just unfurling in the morning dew. This clean, moving scent carries a crisp, refreshing sweetness interwoven with subtle hints of warm, honey-like fragrance. Upon entering the mouth, the tea liquor delivers a soft, sweet smoothness, as if one has taken a gentle sip of fresh floral nectar. The aroma dissolves completely into the liquid; within its crisp, refreshing flavour, one can taste both the vibrant freshness of a spring blossom and the gentle, bright warmth of the early summer sun. The liquor glides effortlessly over the tip of the tongue without a single trace of astringency or friction. Drinking Bai Fu Mei brings a sense of pure, skipping joy—much like catching sight of camellias bursting into bloom mid-winter, instantly lighting up the entire season. 2025 Crucian Carp Leaf (鲫鱼叶) Ji Yu Ye earns its unique name from its plump, short, and relatively small oval leaves, which bear a striking resemblance to tiny crucian carps. The overall character of this tea exudes an undeniable sense of nobility or "elegance". The liquor is crystal clear, crisp, and refreshing; upon entry, it reveals a remarkably delicate, silky, and supple mouthfeel packed with a rich, substantive "meaty" density (肉感). Its aromatic profile is equally singular—refined, subtle, and beautifully elongated. It possesses the sharp, piercing clarity akin to almond fragrance, the pristine elegance of orchid notes, and the warm, comforting depth of ripe fruits. While the floral fragrance is incredibly rich and concentrated, it remains perfectly sophisticated without ever becoming flashy or overbearing. "Born in a secluded valley, its deep elegance rivals the orchid"—this classic sentiment captures the true, poetic essence of Crucian Carp Leaf. 2025 Ten-Mile Fragrance (十里香) Ten-Mile Fragrance (Shi Li Xiang) is a celebrated masterpiece from Da'an. Boasting a highly singular aromatic profile, historical records regarding this specific tea are incredibly scarce. However, a famous anecdote perfectly explains the origin of its name: Back in the 1950s or 60s, a commissioner from Shantou traveled to Chaozhou for an inspection. Being a native of Fujian, the commissioner had rarely experienced Phoenix Dancong and initially assumed it was nothing out of the ordinary. Upon his arrival in Phoenix Town, the local tea station brewed this exact tea for him. Though the commissioner noted its floral aroma and unique flavour, he didn't give it much further thought and went on his way. Yet, as his car travelled up into the Dashan region, he realised that a powerful, beautiful return-sweetness (回甘) was still surging in his throat, and his entire mouth remained flooded with a rich, honeyed sweetness. The more he reflected on it, the more he realised just how extraordinary the tea truly was. Incapable of getting it out of his mind, he immediately ordered his driver to turn the car around and rush back to the Phoenix tea station, where he purchased two catties of it at the going market rate. Because the distance from Phoenix Town to Dashan is roughly ten Chinese miles (Li), this exceptional tea was henceforth named "Ten-Mile Fragrance". The tea offers a pristine, crisp sweetness that intertwines beautifully with an intensely rich floral fragrance, accompanied by a passing hint of fresh fruit. The aroma is brilliantly radiant and soaring, casting a vibrant floral presence that allows its natural bouquet to dissolve seamlessly into your very breath. Experiencing it is like witnessing wild summer blossoms growing completely unchecked, carpeting an entire mountainside in brilliant colour.
