Yumemakura (夢まくら) is a Japanese herbal tea built on dokudami (どくだみ), blended with ten plants in all — hatomugi (Job's tears), habucha, kawara-ketsumei, persimmon leaf, kuko leaf, tochu leaf, kumazasa bamboo grass, aloe, and licorice. Dokudami on its own is strong and hard to keep drinking.
