Your event includes: • Professional live host + crowd engagement • Custom trivia experience • All game materials • Planning support + promo coordination • Sound system (optional) Choose your event format: Free-to-play event: Guests play at no cost. The venue pays a flat $500 event fee, covering up to approximately 100 players. Ticketed event: Players pay $5 each to participate, collected by Ringo Trivia. The venue pays a flat $300 event fee to secure and host the event. Both options are built to bring people in, keep them engaged, and give your room a fun, social reason to order another round.
